Compression

This was a fun one to shoot (for me at least). Late at night on the back patio, my dad held a can of compressed air underwater in a fish tank. A 1KW halogen worklamp lit the scene from above and a silver reflector placed under the tank bounced light from below. I hung a black sheet of canvas behind the tank. I had my dad release the air and I snapped away with a 55mm macro lens. In Photoshop, I rotated the image and did some general touch-ups. I'm thrilled with how it came out.
